Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 7-10 days of receipt.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You must provide a video of the unboxing process showing the item and its condition upon arrival. This video must be sent to support@gkresinstore.in within 7-10 days of receipt to qualify for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Items that are not in their original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Sale or clearance items.

3. Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@gkresinstore.in to request a return authorization. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  2. Provide Unboxing Video: Record a video of the unboxing process, clearly showing the item and packaging. Email this video to support@gkresinstore.in within 7-10 days of receipt. This step is necessary to process your return.
  3. Return Shipping: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  4. Inspect and Refund: Once we receive the returned item and verify the unboxing video, we will inspect the item. If it meets our return criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@gkresinstore.in and provide a video of the item and its condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
